Based on the 2024 Student Intake Report, Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM) enrolled 1,357 students, with 49.2% from the B40 income group. This 2024 data highlights UPTM’s strong commitment to SDG 1 – No Poverty, by ensuring equitable access to higher education for low-income students and setting graduation targets for those from the bottom 20%, supported through academic, financial, and welfare initiatives.
