1. MENU RAHMAH

Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM) has taken the initiative to ease the burden on students by organizing a university social responsibility (USR) program that sponsors "Menu Rahmah" specifically for students in need. UPTM's Vice Chancellor, YBhg. Prof. Dr. Abdul Rahim Bin Abdul Rahman, recently officiated the launch of the "Menu Rahmah" distribution to several UPTM students at RG Cafe UPTM. The launch is part of a program to fully support the government's initiative for the implementation of "Menu Rahmah" nationwide.

This year CSR RAHMAH is an initiative proposed by UPTM's Corporate Planning Department (JPK) to sponsor a total of 1,500 meal packs starting from 27 February 2023 until 14 April 2023, in collaboration with RG Cafe UPTM. The implementation of USR RAHMAH is estimated to provide 50 free meal packs daily to students. Through this initiative, UPTM aims to enhance student welfare, foster a harmonious university environment, and actively support SDG 1 – No Poverty.

2. FREE MEAL FOR YOU

Student Representative Council session 2022/2023 has run a program called FREE MEAL FOR YOU that runs from 27 Feb 2023 to 1 Mac 2023. The Student Representative Council hope session that with the following initiative we can ease the burden of students to some extent.

3. REZEKI RAMADHAN

Bubur Lambuk Distribution Program was held on 30 March and 6 April 2023, at the Main Lobby of UPTM, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This program was held in conjunction with the month of Ramadan, which is observed annually by Muslims. The distribution of the Bubur Lambuk helps ease the financial burden of students in need, while also encouraging the practice of giving during the month of Ramadan.

4. MENYANTUNI RAMADAN 2023

Four faculties have received cash donations from UPTM for Program “Menyantuni Ramadhan 2023/1444H”. Each faculty received RM1000.00 to support the program, which was held with great enthusiasm. The faculties involved are Faculty of Education, Humanities and Arts (FEHA), Faculty of Business, Accountancy and Social Science (FBASS), Faculty Computer and Multimedia (FCOM) and Institute of Professional Studies (IPS).
