At UPTM, have a policy that protects those reporting discrimination from educational or employment disadvantage. UPTM is committed to ensuring the well-being of its staff and shielding them from any form of discrimination in accordance with the Employment Act 1955 (Amendment) 2022. UPTM adheres to the KPTMSB Integrity Complaint Management Policy as a reference. Additionally, an online integrity complaint system is available for staff to report any issues.
